Position Title: Respiratory Therapist (RT) Training Scholarship Recipient
Location: Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Brattleboro, Vermont
Scholarship Amount: $10,000 (paid in two installments of $5,000 per semester)
Commitment Requirement: Two years of full-time employment at BMH upon program completion

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) is proud to offer a Respiratory Therapist (RT) Training Scholarship to support motivated individuals pursuing a degree in Respiratory Therapy. Role of a Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapists are vital members of the healthcare team, specializing in the assessment and treatment of patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary conditions. As an RT, your responsibilities will include:

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria


To be considered for the BMH Respiratory Therapist Training Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be currently enrolled (or accepted for enrollment) in an accredited Respiratory Therapy degree program (associate’s or bachelor’s)
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance and commitment to a healthcare career
  • Show financial need and the ability to benefit from scholarship support
  • Agree to work full-time at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a minimum of two years upon program completion and licensure
