Key Responsibilities:

- Examine, diagnose, and treat dental issues in pediatric patients

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to children's needs

- Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

- Perform routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and sealants

- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for young patients

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards

- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure comprehensive patient care


Skills and Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

- Valid state dental license and pediatric specialty certification (if applicable)

- Prior experience working with children in a dental setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and able to create a welcoming environment for young patients

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of current pediatric dental practices and safety protocols
