Responsibilities:
· Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
· Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
· Memorize menu selections and wines including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients.
· Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
· Previous guest service experience is required.
· Cash handling experience is preferred.
· Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
· Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Days/Evenings/Weekends and/or Holidays.
- Schedule usually consists of Wednesday to Sunday
- Shift usually consists of variable horus between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
- Hearing, writing, typing.
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
- Must possess unexpired or obtain a Utah food handlers permit within 14 days of employment.
