Our company is looking for an outgoing Employee Benefits Consultant to be responsible for generating leads and meeting and beating sales goals. Duties will include following up on sales leads, sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with future clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of employee benefits, the sales process and dynamics, and also excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in health insurance and sales is an advantage.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on mid-size to large organizations.
