The Cadence Group is looking for a skilled, part-time/contractor level office assistant to perform routine administrative and clerical tasks. In this position, the office assistant's primary functions may include preparing and distributing data reports using the company's CRM, organizing and managing files and email inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting the office manager with other organizational tasks as requested.
An ideal candidate would have the following:
*1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
*Proficient computer skills including Gmail, Google Drive tools such as Sheets and Docs, and familiarity with basic Customer Management Systems (CRM)
*Strong time management and organizational skills
*Excellent communication skills and comfortable working independently
*Strong attention to detail
We are specifically looking for someone who would be able to assist with weekly and monthly recurring reporting tools, managing incoming email questions and inquiries, and other administrative tasks requiring consistent weekly or monthly attention. This position would start off part-time or contractor level at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to 20 hours per week during peak times as the company continues to grow.
