Revere Plastics Systems is seeking a General Manager to lead our Ankeny, Iowa manufacturing facility—a key site with strong fundamentals, a committed team, and significant runway for performance and growth.  This is more than a plant leadership role. It is an opportunity to own a business, lead a team through continued transformation, and directly shape results across operations, culture, and commercial performance.

If you’re a passionate, manufacturing leader who thrives in environments where you can make decisions, build teams, and drive change, this role is built for you.

    • EBITDA and cost performance
    • Safety and operational execution
    • Customer satisfaction and growth
  • Step into a role with high visibility and autonomy, partnering directly with executive leadership

You won’t inherit a broken plant—you’ll build on a strong foundation and take it to the next level.

What You’ll Do -

Lead the Business

    • Inventory and CI savings
  • Ensure disciplined execution of the Revere Business System

 Strengthen Customer Relationships

  • Own customer performance, including delivery, quality, and scorecards
  • Partner with commercial teams on growth opportunities and new business

Serve as a visible leader with key customers
