The Webcast Intern produces and ensures the quality of all webcast items, both live streams and on-demand archives across multiple platforms at once. This requires a deep understanding of all webcast systems and how they function together and impact one another. The Webcast Intern must react and think quickly to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during a live broadcast. This often involves a high degree of creative thinking to create new solutions for unexpected incidents. He/she must be able to deal with the stress of live production and be able to think clearly in the event of emergency failure of any webcast system.
The role requires that he/she is an extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and technically minded person, able to comb through large amounts of data for long periods of time. He/she must be self-motivated, exhibit a strong work ethic, have a desire to learn, be able to work equally well, independently, and with others. He/she will need to develop strong working relationships with all team members and other departments. He/she serves with honesty, integrity, dedication, knowledge, and attitude that honors and glorifies Christ.
