Human Resources Generalist (Manager) 


BSI is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager who has HR generalist skills and abilities to join our dynamic team. The normal work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm.

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance standards

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues effectively

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

- Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives

- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, diversity, and inclusion


Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
