Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and personable Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will provide top-tier service to members and guests in our dining rooms, bar, and at special events. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a refined, member-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to members and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas.
• Ensure all member and guest needs are anticipated and exceeded.
• Process transactions and manage tabs with accuracy and discretion.
• Set up, break down, and assist with private events, banquets, and club functions.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender, preferably in a high-end or private club setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
