Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and restock guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
- Change bed linens and replace used towels and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and ensure general room tidiness
- Report maintenance issues or lost & found items to supervisors
- Maintain cleaning carts and supply closets
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and infection control guidelines
- Provide friendly and respectful customer service when interacting with guests
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shift
- Reliable and punctual
