Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership? North Hills Toyota is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to join our Parts Department. What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate and order parts not currently in stock
- Handle special-order requests and ensure timely fulfillment
- Manage the entire parts sales process—from customer inquiry to invoicing
- Process daily parts orders using CDK scanner
- Pull and distribute parts for technicians and counter staff
- Maintain organized inventory and stock levels
- Assist retail customers and answer incoming calls
- Perform accurate parts lookups and ensure timely disbursement

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dealership parts experience is required
- Strong understanding of inventory and receiving processes
- Knowledge of CDK is required
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- A commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
