At Catania Oils, we don’t just produce premium edible oils—we build lasting relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, responsiveness, and care.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, logistics, and production teams within your assigned territory.
- Accurately enter and manage orders received via email, phone, fax, or EDI into our company database.
- Collaborate with Sales to confirm pricing and resolve order-related issues swiftly.
- Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Process contracts and confirm orders to meet service goals.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless operations.
- Stay informed on Catania Oils’ product specifications, customer profiles, and market dynamics.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; 2 years of college preferred.
- Familiarity with EDI systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, team-first mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
