St. John the Baptist Catholic Academy is seeking a motivated and organized Enrollment Specialist to help grow our school community and share our mission of Catholic classical education.

Hours:

* Part-time: 5 hours per week on-site (required by diocesan policy). 

* Additional hours as needed. 

* You can have a flexible schedule.  Hours can be spread across multiple days or completed in a single day - you choose!

* May include occasional after-school hours or occasional Saturdays for Open Houses (we can discuss)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain a marketing strategy to promote the school, including social media, email newsletters, church bulletin pages, and other outreach materials

* Plan, coordinate, and host monthly Open Houses for prospective families, including tours and Q&A sessions

* Work with provided photos and information to create engaging promotional content

* Maintain and update an alumni list to share updates and newsletters

* Communicate the school’s mission, values, and classical Catholic vision to prospective families with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications:

* Passion for Catholic classical education and the ability to share its vision persuasively

* Excellent communication, organizational, and marketing skills

* Comfortable interacting with families, staff, and parishioners

* Experience with social media, newsletters, or marketing preferred

* Dependable, self-motivated, and flexible
