This role will manage and harness the data used across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Sales Operations Analyst will unlock growth opportunities, deliver ongoing analysis to guide funnel optimizations, increase sales efficiency, and bring transparency to the performance of our enterprise business. The Sales Operations Analyst will monitor key metrics for account acquisition, engagement, and retention. This will be accomplished by creating, maintaining, and analyzing all data within and from our customer relationship management system.
