Your Role

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday, Wednesday-Saturday
  • 9:00am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility: Handle day-to-day upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas, including painting, floor care, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and basic repairs, to ensure everything looks great and works as it should.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer use or storage: Clean, detail, and inspect vehicles, checking tires, batteries, and more, so they’re ready for smooth hand-offs and secure storage.
  • Assist with Jeep Top services: Help customers with add-on services like Jeep top installations or removals. Full training is provided.
  • Be a friendly, helpful presence at the front desk: Answer phones, greet visitors, process payments, and assist with rental agreements, making sure customers feel supported every step of the way.
  • Guide customers through the storage process: Show available units, explain options, and answer questions to help people choose the right fit for their needs.
  • Keep equipment in working order: Perform light maintenance and cleaning on facility tools and systems to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Jump in where needed: Support your team by handling other tasks as they come up, helping the facility run smoothly day to day.
Please note that this position spends 95% of its time on maintenance and manual labor tasks

Salary

  • $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

What You Bring

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills, abilities, and interests:

  • Enjoys helping people and communicates clearly
  • Stays focused and productive, even with routine tasks
  • Manages time well and follows through on responsibilities
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs/systems and able to learn new software quickly

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Prior janitorial or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly stands, walks, runs, bends, crouches, stretches, and reaches throughout the day.
  • Frequently climbs stairs, ramps, and ladders.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs rarely.
  • Able to move through tight or confined spaces, including between closely parked vehicles.
  • Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and office technology.
  • Must have adequate hearing and vision to communicate and perform job tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working in indoor environments where temperatures may range from 50°F to 85°F.
