The position will consist of a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, operational, and secure. Duties will include keeping all buildings clean, stocked and ready to use. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours as necessary.

The successful candidate must be organized and a self-starter. Applicants must be able to work independently, checking everything off their to-do list, meeting deadlines and schedules. Attention to detail and the ability to look for a solution when a problem is presented is required.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. A plus would be if the individual selected is able to make minor electrical, plumbing, and other physical repairs, e.g. painting. All applicants must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
