As a Manager, Data Operations you will:
• Work with the Implementation, Operations, and IT teams to ensure client data sources with a focus on reliability, resiliency, and quality
• Define and oversee goals to improve data operations rigor and discipline which drive our application
• Ensure data requests are formally captured via standard data deliverables (source-to-target, control files, validation models) for ongoing data operations and maintenance
• Ensure source control files are successfully integrated into the Navvis platform, and can support and monitor data feeds integrated with API’s, SFTP, and other methods
• Lead our data integrity efforts by providing oversight of platform data-quality, monitoring critical indicators on query executions, data loads, and other outlier analyses
• Implement new processes and platform improvements to scale Navvis’ data functions and quality assurance dashboards across our enterprise
• Function as a healthcare subject matter expert across the enterprise on attribution, claims loads, reconciliation, and lead efforts with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Lead and advise direct reports on appropriate and advanced methods related to scalable data management processes
A Day in the Life:
• Work with IT and our partners to provide scalable data management solutions
• Drive effort to understand trade-offs and prioritize deliverables and support team when project and capacity planning
• Contribute to standardizing payer and provider data quality validation, verification and assurance procedures
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical and client-facing documentation detailing end-to-end quality assurance
What Success Looks Like in this Role:
• Experience with various data and technology stacks (SQL, Azure, Oracle, SSIS, SSRS, Hana, Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBi)
• Experience with healthcare data either in an analyst, developer, or support role
• Ability to articulate industry standard quality assurance techniques and departmental roadmap
• Contribute to the expansion of the data management capabilities, inclusive of data validation and reconciliation
• 3 years prior experience as a healthcare data analyst, developer, or similar technical role
We are excited about you if you have these things:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other similar field
• Proven experience with one or more healthcare applications including Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Population Health Management, Clinical analytics, Lab, or Healthcare Finance.
• Technical abilities in Javascript, Powershell, Splunk, LogZilla, Loggly, or other log analysis, monitoring, and management tools
• An ability to integrate monitoring management tools with Python, R or other statistical package software
• Experience with a Database Management System (Sql-Server, Oracle, MySql)
• Experience working data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI
• Intermediate experience with SQL, Python, R, .NET, C# or another industry standard tool used in data validation and reconciliation
