Mission of the Role

To scope, engineer, and implement advanced technology and cybersecurity solutions that drive reliability, innovation, and scalability for StratTech clients—while providing Level 3 technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead design, deployment, and support of client infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud projects.

· Partner with internal engineers and consultants to deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives.

· Provide Level 3 technical support to resolve complex escalations across systems, networking, and security.

· Scope new client opportunities and contribute to proposals and project planning.

· Ensure project delivery aligns with StratTech’s standards for excellence, timeliness, and profitability.

· Mentor and develop junior technical staff, modeling accountability and professionalism.

· Participate in technology roadmap sessions and contribute to AI and cybersecurity innovation initiatives.

Compensation & Growth

• Base salary 60 dollars per hour
• Performance-based compensation and KPI-linked incentives
• Profit-sharing eligibility after one year, based on performance and demonstration of care values

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity engineering.

· Proven experience delivering technology projects end-to-end within MSP or MSSP environments.

· Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity frameworks and AI-driven tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Deep sense of ownership, professionalism, and follow-through.

· Ability to thrive in a faith-led, people-focused culture that values integrity and growth.
