Description
- Perform reservation duties and assist passengers with flight changes, seat upgrades and confirmation.
- Assist and check in embarking passengers by performing all related duties.
- Attend to gate and perform all related duties including but not limited to the operation of the loading bridges.
- Provide information to passengers in a manner directed by the client and/or the company.
- Maintains excellent labor relations by being professional and courteous to all by always treating individuals with respect, by making sure passengers issues are addressed immediately.
- Perform cash and ticketing duties in the manner prescribed by the airline and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist passengers with mishandled baggage procedures and initial tracing entries.
- Perform reservation duties in the manner prescribed by the airline.

· Perform baggage tracing and related functions to satisfy passengers concerns and complaints.
- Assist and direct disembarking passengers from aircraft through airport facilities and perform all associated duties.
- Attend to all special needs and physically challenged passengers.
- Operate customer departure control and airline computer system as required.
