Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to support an individual in maintaining daily routines and overall well-being. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, organized, and enjoys providing both companionship and practical support. The primary focus will be on medication reminders, transportation to appointments and outings, personal hygiene prompts, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Reminders: Ensure the individual takes prescribed medications on schedule.
  
• Transportation & Outings:
  
  • Drive or accompany the individual to doctor appointments.
    
  • Assist with grocery shopping and occasional trips to the mall or other outings.
    
• Personal Hygiene Support: Provide gentle reminders and encouragement to maintain personal hygiene routines.
  
• Light Housekeeping Duties:
  
  • Assist with laundry and keeping the living space tidy.
    
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen (e.g., dishes, counters, light organization).
    
  • Help keep the individual's gaming station neat and organized.
    
• Companionship & Routine Support: Offer a supportive and friendly presence during the shift and assist with establishing daily structure as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Negative TB Test (within the last 2 years)
  
• CPR and First Aid Certification (must be current)
  
• Live Scan Background Check Clearance
  
• Two Valid Forms of Identification
