Wealth Associate: Trilogy Financial Services, Inc. seeks Wealth Associate. Job site is located at 16427 N. Scottsdale Rd., #360, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. 

Job Duties:   

Meet with clients to gather, discuss, and understand personal financial information such as current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial goals, risk tolerance, and other information necessary for financial planning; Maintain regular communication with clients to answer questions, follow up, and successfully manage their goals and portfolios; Assess clients’ financial objectives, assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, estate, and tax status; Based on analysis of financial data, develops strategies, and plans to help clients meet financial goals; Maintain all client accounts, communications, and records through Trilogy’s technology platforms; Performs other related duties as required; Network development, including Center of Influence relationship development, and referrals; Attend all required Team meetings; Keeping up on new industry trends and researching the market to back up financial consulting decisions; Open, transfer, and manage client accounts; Committed to compliance with all industry rules and regulations; Meet established sales/revenue quotas; Support both the Team and the Team Lead (VP of Wealth Management) through the above responsibilities including: Task Management: Effectively clearing business in a timely manner and accurately managing tasks to the Team’s and client’s satisfaction; Client Meetings: Prepare data and reports for client reviews and take relevant notes in Wing meetings; Plans and Reports: Create plans for the Team using eMoney; Data entry: Accurately enter client information into Practifi; Communication: Be the main contact for service transitioned clients from Team Lead; Track and manage the progress on Client Leads. 

Bachelor’s degree in finance and 2 months experience in Job Offered or as Project Manager, Wealth Advisor, or another closely related field.
