B+T Group is seeking a Line and Antenna Tower Technician. This position is responsible for completing on-site field work activities associated with each wireless construction project.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities):

1. Preparation – Prepare equipment and materials for each project so the job can be completed properly, safely and efficiently.

2. Field Work – Perform L&A type work. To include installation of Radios, Antennas, MWs, and Coax lines.

3. Documentation – Record information associated with each work activity and report information after completing field work on the site.

4. Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned by Top Hand, Foreman, or Management.

Knowledge/Skill/Ability

· Physical Ability – Ability to climb and work from heights above 100 feet while bearing the weight of more than 75 lbs. of equipment

· Communication Skills – Proven oral and written communication skills

· Computer Skills – Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including spreadsheet and word processing programs

Equivalent Education/Experience

· High School Diploma

· 2-5 years experience as a tower technician or in a related position within the industry preferred

· OSHA-10 Certification preferred

· CPR/First Aid preferred

· Competent Climber Certification preferred

· Clean Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License required

· DOT physical required
