• Keep customers informed throughout the service process, addressing questions and concerns with care.

 What You Bring:

• Previous experience of at least 1 year of working in an automotive dealership as a service advisor is required
• CDK experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfort with computers and service software
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
