In this hands-on role, you’ll work with the Activities Coordinator to organize and run activities, assist with events and outings, and ensure every resident feels included and respected. What We're Looking For
The person who is ready for this opportunity will meet the following requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Must possess valid Maine driver’s license with at least five years of driving history and clean driving record. Ability to drive 14-passenger bus after training has been provided.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, family, staff, outside facilities and vendors.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to present a professional and welcoming appearance.

This is a non-exempt/hourly position that pays $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, plus any applicable shift differentials. This is a full-time (32 hours/week) position with a general schedule of Sunday - Wednesday.
