This new location will play an essential role in serving our customers nationwide with efficiency, care, and exceptional service. Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency and care. You will play a key part in keeping our fulfillment operations running smoothly, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who receives our products. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, sort, and pack products/merchandise from warehouse shelves based on daily order lists 
• Accurately verify order contents before packing 
• Pack and prepare orders for shipping using company packaging standards 
• Print shipping labels and process orders through shipping software
• Ensure all outgoing packages meet required timelines and carrier guidelines 
• Manage and transfer shipping bins/carts when they are full to the dock doors to load orders on to Amazon, UPS trailer/USPS section for pick up
• Assist with periodic and cycle inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy 
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized work area 
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to management 
• Support the warehouse team with general tasks as needed

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently 
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting packages (typically 25–50 lbs) 
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy under time constraints 
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software a plus 
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Follows and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 pounds on a regular basis 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach for extended periods throughout the shift 
• Capability to push and pull carts, pallet jacks, or containers as needed 
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures 
• Manual dexterity to handle small products, use tape guns, box cutters, and packing tools 
• Visual acuity to read labels, order sheets, and inventory tags accurately
