ABC-Amega is looking for Temporary Collection Representatives to join our team on a 3-4 month temporary basis and work on behalf of some of the most well-known companies in social media, technology, and manufacturing to collect on past due business accounts. The primary focus of our collection representatives is to manage portfolios by working with both clients and their customers to requesting payments via phone, email, fax, and letter.
With this Business to Business environment, you never call anyone at home about their personal debt! This means no credit card debt, medical bills, or student loans. We only call businesses that have past due invoices with our clients.
This position exercises independent judgment in the handling of all aspects of the collection process including collecting on delinquent accounts, drafting letters to clients, debtors, and attorneys, make recommendations to clients for settlements and payment plans as well as maintaining detailed records of all collection stages.
