Guest Service Representative
Our Representatives are responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every guest throughout the property. Duties include assisting guests with inquiries and transactions, conducting accurate and efficient guest transactions (including exchanging gaming instruments for cash), and maintaining all required records and paperwork. Responsibilities also include managing cage cash summaries, balance sheets, Title 31 MTL logs, and performing kiosk and ATM cash fills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant and professional manner, including on the casino floor as scheduled.
- Provide timely, friendly, and courteous service; respond to and resolve guest complaints when possible.
- Answer guest questions and maintain knowledge of property events and attractions.
- Maintain accurate records for guests, accounts, promotions, drawings, and communicate information efficiently.
- Participate and assist with events and promotions as needed.
- Promote and enroll guests in the rewards program.
- Perform cash transactions involving gaming and monetary instruments.
- Maintain confidentiality of all guest data and information.
- Ensure accuracy of cash drawer and all transaction paperwork; maintain and supply property outlet banks.
- Maintain cage shift cash summary and balance sheets.
- Balance Main Bank within variance policy standards.
- Maintain and review Title 31 MTL log.
- Serve as control for issuing sensitive keys.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum six months of previous guest service experience and cash handling experience, preferably in a casino environment.
- Ability to initiate and engage in conversation professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with coworkers as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Title 31 preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and 10-key by sight or touch.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
