You are a great fit for this role if you have knowledge and abilities in:
- Identifying talent, skills and strengths of individuals to align with the strategic mission of the organization.
- Ability to establish, develop, and implement processes and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
- Organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
- Establishing, developing, and implementing processes and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS.
- Self-motivated with a bias for action.
- Acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, or Talent Acquisition credential preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR or related field preferred.
