Gilbert Christian Schools is seeking a full-time high school mathematics teacher for grades 9-12, for the 2026-27 school year. In addition to formal training in mathematics education, expertise and experience teaching the subject from a biblical worldview are important for this position. Along with teaching in their content area, GCHS teachers serve as disciplers of their students in all contexts, including regular small groups. Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mathematics education, mathematics, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a teaching endorsement or certificate (e.g., State certification, ACSI certificate) in mathematics and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level. Additionally, GCHS offers dual enrollment courses in the Mathematics Department, allowing students to earn college credit. Candidates with an advanced degree or graduate-level coursework in mathematics who can be approved to teach college-level courses are highly desired.
