Do you thrive as the first point of contact, solving problems on the spot, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism? 75 State Street is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our community, delivering exceptional front desk coverage and support.


In this pivotal role, you’ll greet and assist residents, visitors, and callers, manage daily operations at the front desk, and help maintain the security and privacy of our facility. You’ll collaborate with staff to address service requests, respond to emergencies, and ensure our entrance remains inviting and secure. Every day, your commitment to superior customer service and attention to detail will help foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all members of the 75 State Street community.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements.

This is a non-exempt/hourly position that pays $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus any applicable shift differentials.


The typical shift for this position is 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays, in addition to picking up additional hours on an on-call basis as needed.
