Summer Analyst Intern

Chicago, IL (Onsite, 5 days a week) 

Hunden Partners is growing and we’re excited to welcome an Intern to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, tourism, and economic development consulting while working alongside industry experts. 

As part of our collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll support client projects that range from entertainment districts and convention centers to sports facilities and mixed-use developments. This role is ideal for a motivated student or early-career professional eager to learn, contribute, and build a foundation for a future career in consulting or development. 

Compensation & Benefits 

Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour 

Status: Temporary, Non-Exempt 

What You’ll Do 

• Assist Analysts and Project Managers with research, data collection, and report preparation. 
• Contribute to market and financial analysis that informs client feasibility studies. 
• Support proposal development and marketing materials. 
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and client deliverables. 
• Learn and apply consulting best practices in a professional, client-focused setting. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Currently pursuing a degree in economics, business, urban planning, hospitality, real estate, or a related field. 
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
