Description

As an undergraduate Marketing Intern at LHD you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to strengthen your marketing competencies by working on challenging and important business-related projects. Interns will be considered for a full-time position based upon their internship performance and organization needs


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Design, build, send, and track emails through email automation software, Pardot
  2. Send monthly client newsletters including compliance updates, industry updates, webinar announcements, and more
  3. Build and track engagement programs focusing on prospect journeys within Pardot
  4. Manage and qualify inbound leads, track campaigns/opportunities, create reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  5. Create social media calendar to monitor interactions and schedule posts to multiple sites
  6. Use Wordpress platform to update existing website content and develop new content
  7. Research and discover relevant industry content to create blog posts on company website
  8. Communicate regularly with SEO agency to optimize and track SEO performance
  9. Work directly with account teams to design new and modify existing client-facing deliverables
  10. Frequently utilize design tools including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  11. Frequently troubleshoot formatting and design issues account managers experience with Microsoft Office Templates; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Basic Requirements:

  • Be enrolled as a full-time Undergraduate student
  • Have an expected graduation date in Spring 2021
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an advertising, digital media, business related field or risk management and insurance, and have emphasis or interest in a career in marketing.
  • Ability to commit up to 20 hours per week working a flexible schedule built around your academic course load.
