Inventory Specialist

Everett, WA | Full-Time | On-Site

Are you the kind of person who loves organization, keeps things moving, and enjoys hands-on work? Join our production team as an Inventory Specialist and help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Your work keeps our assembly running smoothly and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do

• Kit work orders for assembly
• Receive and organize raw and finished goods
• Maintain clean, accurate inventory using FIFO
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Review storage systems and suggest improvements
• Label product, move materials, and keep shelves stocked
• Support basic product testing and inspection
• Identify issues with receipts or damaged goods

What You Bring

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Safety-focused,  reliable, and willing to learn
• Positive  attitude and teamwork mindset
