Description
- Provide daily administrative support to the Athletic Director, including scheduling, communication, document management, and coordination of athletics activities.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of athletic records, registrations, rosters, physicals, and compliance documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of game day operations, practices, tournaments, and special events.
- Maintain and update the athletics calendar, website information, and communication channels.
- Purchase athletic equipment and manage cycling/refreshing athletic equipment.
- Forecasting expenses.
- Monitor student player eligibility and communicate updates to parents.
- Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for students, parents, coaches, and visitors.
- Communicate important updates regarding schedules, transportation, weather changes, and athletic policies.
- Partner with parents by offering timely, clear, and grace-filled communication.
- Coordinate transportation for athletic events, including bus scheduling and communication with drivers and coaches.
- Manage facility usage requests and maintain organized systems for field/court scheduling.
- Assist in ordering, tracking, and distributing uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
- Track each sport’s budget.
- Support coaches and staff by preparing materials, processing reimbursements, and helping manage department budgets.
- Collaborate closely with the Athletic Director to ensure smooth operations aligned with CHCS mission and expectations.
- Participate in school-wide events and professional development as requested.
- Collect documentation from coaches, including compliance materials (concussion training, first aid, etc.)
- Model Christ-like character, humility, and integrity in all interactions.

- Enhance parent and community relations (end-of-season parties, awards, end-of-year events).
- Experience working in a school, athletic department, or similar administrative environment.
- Knowledge of athletic scheduling platforms or school information systems.
- Familiarity with middle school or youth athletic programming.
- Experience supporting or participating in Christian school or ministry environments.
Position Type: Part-time, non-exempt, 10-20 hours/week (possible evenings and weekends)
Salary Range: $25.00/hour
