What You’ll Do:
- Oversee prescription processing, clinical verification, and dispensing
- Lead and support pharmacy staff with a safety-first, people-first mindset
- Provide patient counseling, MTM, and medication education
- Collaborate with local providers
- Administer vaccinations as needed
- Ensure compliance with Texas Pharmacy Board regulations
 

What We’re Looking For:
- PharmD or RPh with an active Texas license
- Strong pharmacy operations and patient-care skills
- A leader who leans into a Culture of Care — for patients and teammates
- Community-minded, team-oriented professional
- PioneerRx / MatchRx experience preferred
- Spanish a plus
