Human Resources Coordinator
Description

Anderson Valley Health Center is the sole medical provider in Boonville, California. AVHC is a small clinic and has a family-like work-environment. This position is full-time 40-hours/week position. AVHC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for the following:

  • Recruit employees: Manage recruitment process from start to finish including the recruitment, interview and verification of references and licensure for all positions. Coordinate and maintain the Credentialing and Privileging for all licensed employees.
  • Onboard and offboard employees: Arrange new employee orientation and training, including benefits orientation.
  • Facilitate employee relations: Meet with employees and supervisory staff to address individual concerns, performance issues, etc., and offer support and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain and update personnel files and ensure that all files and employee documentation is treated with the strictest confidence. Review required employment notices, labor laws, workers compensation, and other federal and state employment laws and employer obligations.
  • Arrange and hold annual training.
  • Assist with payroll review.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being in the workplace through monthly events. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years in people management fields, such as human resources, supervision, teaching, etc.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with payroll systems and use of SharePoint is a plus.
  • Self-direction and Self-motivation Skills: Be able to find and accomplish tasks without direction.


Preferred:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.

Salary Description
$35.00 per hour
