Station Agent
Description

Revolution Rail Co. is seeking dynamic, energetic individuals to join our team as station agents.

They will work closely with our management team to support the operations of our stations to

ensure a fun and memorable experience for Revolution Rail Co. customers.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service. The ability to learn, a good

disposition and a strong work ethic is more important than previous experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Check-in customers arriving for rail bike tours.
  • Organize, orient, and manage customers while waiting for rail bike tours to begin.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with rail bike guides regarding customer flow.
  • Respond professionally, productively, and punctually to customer and other public inquiries via telephone, email, and social media as needed.
  • Book tours over the phone as needed.
  • Merchandise, promote, sell, and restock branded merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive station environment
