axialHealthcare has an opening for an Engagement Specialist for a rapidly growing healthcare IT company. axialHealthcare’s mission is to improve the wellbeing of patients in pain, while creating value for our client partners. We are focused on solving complex pain and opioid therapy related problems through the power of big data, using advanced and predictive analytics. Our partners are health plans and ACOs. axialHealthcare has a proprietary product suite founded on evidence-based pain management principles.
The Engagement Specialist is fundamental in supporting our product line to engage and educate healthcare professionals and patients in pain within our client groups. The Engagement Specialist should be an outgoing, self-motivated, creative, highly organized, energetic, and professional individual that is detail and goal-oriented. The candidate should enjoy interacting with customers over the phone in order to introduce company products/services and build a strong and lasting partnership. The Engagement Specialist reports to the Consult Services Support Manager and is part of axial’s Clinical Consult Services team. The ideal candidate will work 8 hours between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday. The candidate will be based out of the axial satellite office in Tempe, Arizona.
