Bartender – The Grizzly at Flying Saddle Resort


Join our vibrant team at The Grizzly, located within the scenic Flying Saddle Resort, where we offer a welcoming and energetic atmosphere year-round. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to a lively, enjoyable environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner

- Create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware

- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Handle cash and process payments accurately

- Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations and policies


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
