What needs to be accomplished:

· Service System- This includes performing safety inspections, using the Flat Rate Pricing Guide, offering and selling Membership Plans, offering and selling add on services, and becoming proficient at educating customers to offer a wide range of solutions. 

· Post Call Quality Assurance using “Better than you found it” clean up and double-checking work. 

· Proficient diagnosis of customer concerns 

· Proficient estimation of solutions to customer needs and wants using company pricing guides 

· Developing trust based professional relationships with customers to earn their business at the decision table. 

· Paperwork will be completed and turned in accordance with core policies and timelines without exception 

· Forms- All forms will be completed in entirety, including all sections and signatures 

· Forms include but not limited to: Inspections, Solution based options, Parts Used, Warehouse checkout, Equipment checkout, Materials/Parts/Equipment orders 

· Forms may be in digital or print form 

· Invoices - All invoices are to be completed in entirety with accuracy including payment accommodations. 

· Photos - Photos must be taken before, during, and after job to document progress. All photos will be uploaded

Requirements

  

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Drain experience a plus
