Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

Position Overview - The Wealth Management Client Associate plays a critical role in supporting our wealth management advisors and serving as a primary point of contact for many client interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, detail-oriented environment and values long-term relationship building.
While prior wealth management experience is welcomed, it is not required. We are equally interested in candidates from adjacent professional services backgrounds who bring strong communication skills, empathy, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. Licensing is not required on day one, but candidates interested in professional growth within the industry will be supported.
Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for wealth management clients, delivering timely, professional, and high-touch service
· Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow through on requests with accuracy and care
· Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including updating financial plans, portfolio reviews, and meeting materials
· Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all relevant documentation is complete and up to date
· Document client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks accurately within the firm’s CRM and planning systems
· Assist with account administration, including account openings, transfers, money movement, and general servicing needs
· Maintain accurate client records, financial data, and documentation across planning, portfolio, and custodial platforms
· Execute post-meeting follow-ups and ensure all client action items are completed in a timely manner
· Utilize firm technology and workflows to manage tasks efficiently and support operational excellence
· Adhere to firm policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements while supporting ongoing professional development

- Bilingual – Spanish speaking
Preferred Experience but not required:
- Experience in wealth management, banking, trust services, insurance, accounting, or other professional services
- Exposure to client-facing roles in high-touch service environments
- Interest in pursuing professional licenses or credentials over time
