Product Technology Specialist

Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
- Deliver engaging and informative vehicle technology walkthroughs
- Maintain knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and performance enhancements
- Assist customers with Bluetooth, navigation, and in-vehicle technology setup
- Support Sales Consultants with feature demonstrations as needed
- Promote the importance of customer feedback surveys in a positive way
- Assist management and sales staff with additional tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Must meet company employment requirements, including background check, drug screening, and driving record check
- Flexible availability to work during dealership hours
Sales experience is preferred, drivers license, customer service skills, available to work Monday- Saturdays
