Jr. Moments Specialist
Description


The Jr. Moments Specialist serves as the liaison between Client Giant members, clients, and vendor fulfillment partners. This person reports to the Director of Member Experience and carries the following responsibilities included but not limited to: 


  • Executing fulfillment of daily events and touches
  • Performing Quality Assurance for all touches 
  • Maintaining data integrity through quality control practices
  • Managing/re-ordering office supplies and raw materials 
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as called for by the business


Requirements


  • Problem solving, and solution-based skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments, outside suppliers, & upper management
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
