Easterseals Florida is seeking a Bilingual Program Support Specialist for our Incredible Years Program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, coordinating community services, managing data, and representing programs at community events. The Program Support Specialist works closely with the program manager and group leaders to coordinate group sessions, complete intake and data entry, conduct outreach, and support families enrolling in the program. You will help promote the program in the community, maintain accurate records, and play a key role in ensuring families have a smooth and welcoming experience.

A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Support coordination of group sessions with community partners
- Lead outreach and marketing efforts to promote the Incredible Years Program
- Manage intake paperwork, assessments, and accurate data entry
- Contact referred families, explain program details, and schedule cohort placement
- Communicate family needs and important information to Group Leaders
- Assist with cancellations, no shows, and make up scheduling
- Attend community outreach events (school fairs, family nights, resource events)
- Maintain program inventory and order supplies
- Facilitate group sessions as needed
- Work occasional evenings/weekends for group sessions or events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 1–2 years of experience in community outreach, family services, education, or customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent detail orientation, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Energetic, professional, and committed to supporting a positive team culture
- Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
