Description

 

  • Answer the phone
    • If a customer calls to schedule service, create and assign the service call
    • If a customer needs to talk to a certain department, properly route the call 
  • Schedule service calls through scheduling software
    • Create new customer profiles
    • Schedule return parts
  • Manage Designated Work Queues
  • Communicate and coordinate with technicians, manage tech routes etc.
  • Manage designated emails
  • Communicate properly with customers via phone call, emails, or various customer portals
  • Submit parts requests
  • Assist in various office related tasks
Requirements

 

  • Applicant must be able to operate Windows 10 and up
  • Applicant must be able to work a phone system and correctly route calls
  • Applicant must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and other employees. 
  • Applicant must be able and willing to learn the company scheduling software.
  • Applicant must be able to take accurate notes and properly respond to customer messages.
  • Applicant must be able to work within normal company business hours 
    • Also must be able work an on call rotation
  • Applicant must be able to multitask on various situations
  • Applicant must have a background in dispatching
Salary Description
$19-$22/hour
