Dream Dental in Goodlettsville, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing, high-performing practice. We are a well-established office with three experienced dentists, a productive schedule, and amazing patients—and we’re looking for a hygienist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Schedule

Three - Four days per week
Rotating schedule with one Saturday per month

  • Week 1: Monday – Thursday
  • Week 2: Tuesday – Friday
  • Week 3: Wednesday – Saturday

Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

Education and Training

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
  • Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
  • Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt 

Reports to: Operations Manager
