Description

Automatics

Set up, adjust and operate single and/or multiple spindle automatic machines to perform diversified machining operations, with repetitive work involving close and exacting tolerances, several dimensionally related steps, formed sections, configurations and high grade finished requirements where a broad knowledge of machining technology, a higher degree of skill and experience are required.

Thread Mills

Setup and organize threading equipment to produce standardized internal or external threads of varying types, to close tolerances, and finish requirements.

Requirements
  • Candidates will have excellent attendance, always put Safety first
  • Work from drawings, specifications, use calipers and micrometers; Inspect, measure and record quality checks
  • Meet or exceed production and quality requirements
  • Flexible and multi-tasking ability
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math, attention to detail, accuracy

Education

  • High school education/GED diploma equivalent preferred, Trade or Vocational a plus

Physical Requirements, General Working Environment

  • Work schedule is 40 hours per week but may require more hours depending on department workload, must be able to work overtime when required 
  • Requires standing, lifting and bending, repetitive motion
  • Impact, crush, cut and pinch-point knowledge
  • Normal factory environment involving seasonally fluctuating temperatures

Shipping Bonus:
