Quality Lab Technician – 2nd Shift

What You’ll Be Cooking Up

  • Perform quality and food safety testing on raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods
     
  • Run lab analyses (pH, Brix, viscosity, titrations, sensory checks—yes, tasting may be involved )
     
  • Document results with accuracy and integrity—if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen
     
  • Identify out-of-spec results and communicate findings clearly to production and quality leadership
     
  • Maintain lab cleanliness, calibration, and compliance with food safety standards (GMPs, SQF, HACCP)
     
  • Be a quality ambassador on the floor—supporting production without slowing the line
     

What You Bring to the Table

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or quality lab environment preferred
     
  • Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
     
  • Comfortable working independently on second shift
     
  • Basic lab math and computer skills
     
  • A mindset that says “good enough isn’t good enough”
