Role Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Growth & Marketing Associate to support Terra Fertility’s marketing execution, outreach initiatives, and business development efforts. This is not an internship. The role is designed for someone with practical experience who wants meaningful responsibility, flexibility, and exposure to healthcare growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and execute Terra Fertility’s social media presence (primarily Instagram and LinkedIn)
· Create, edit, and schedule content including posts, stories, and short-form media
· Support graphic design needs for social media, events, and presentations
· Coordinate physician, community, and employer outreach initiatives
· Assist with planning and execution of physician dinners, educational events, and community programs
· Track inbound leads, referrals, outreach activity, and basic performance metrics
· Maintain organized tracking systems (CRM or structured spreadsheets)
· Support website updates, vendor coordination, and special growth projects as needed
Position Details & Compensation
· Part-time position (~20 hours per week)
· Flexible schedule; some on-site presence may be required for meetings or events
· Compensation: $25–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience
· Opportunity for expanded responsibilities over time

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, media, design, or related field
· Background in graphic design or media communications strongly preferred
· Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for an organization or brand
· Comfort with basic analytics, reporting, and lead tracking
· Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
· Interest in healthcare, fertility, or patient-focused services is a plus
