Job Description:  We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, communicating with customers, and supporting sales efforts through phone and email interactions. 


 Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally
     
  • Assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
     
  • Provide basic sales support and follow up with customers as needed
     
  • Enter and update information accurately in the computer system
     
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with customers and team members
     
  • Support front office operations as needed




Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic systems navigation)
     
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
     
  • Clear written communication skills
     
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
     
  • Reliable, organized, and professional
