Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, communicating with customers, and supporting sales efforts through phone and email interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Provide basic sales support and follow up with customers as needed
- Enter and update information accurately in the computer system
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with customers and team members
- Support front office operations as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic systems navigation)
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Clear written communication skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and professional
